Who is responsible

GCS is not a real business. This site is a demo that The BLWA built to show what a café website can look like, so The BLWA is responsible for any personal information sent through its contact form.

What the form collects

Your name, your email address, and your message. When you tick the consent box, the form also records which version of this policy you agreed to, and when.

The form is only sent if you tick the consent box yourself. It is never ticked for you.

Where your message goes

Your message is emailed to The BLWA through Resend, an email delivery service, so that someone can reply to you. It is used for nothing else: not for marketing, and not shared with anyone beyond what this page describes, unless the law requires it.

Resend keeps a copy of each email it sends, including its content, for 30 days (Resend's pricing page, and its guide "How to Store Webhooks Data", both read on 26 September 2026). The BLWA keeps your message in its inbox only as long as it needs to reply to you.

What the site itself keeps

The site keeps no copy of your message. To limit abuse, it keeps a coded form of your internet (IP) address for up to two hours, to count how many messages come from one place. That coded form can be traced back to your address only with a secret key that The BLWA holds, so it is treated as personal information.

Hosting and the robot check

Cloudflare hosts this site. When you start filling in the form, the site loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people apart from automated spam. Nothing from Cloudflare's check loads before you use the form.

The check sees your IP address, details of your browser, and the address of this site (Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum, last updated 18 June 2025). It may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for that security check.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to know what personal information is held about you and why, to have it corrected, to have it deleted or blocked, to withdraw your consent, and to get a copy of it.

To ask for any of these, email The BLWA at ccereal1293@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Changes to this policy

The version and the date at the top of this page are the ones in force. If the policy changes, both change with it, and the form records which version you agreed to.
